How does FilmTone work?

Pick a photo from your camera or library. FilmTone's AI reads its light, skin tones and subject, then renders several cinematic color looks you can compare side by side and export.

Do I need an account?

No. FilmTone works anonymously with free starter credits. You only sign in with Apple when you subscribe or buy a credit pack, so paid credits stay safe and restore across your devices.

How do credits work?

Each rendered look uses credits. Free previews are watermarked. A subscription includes monthly credits with HD, no watermark, and batch apply; you can also top up with one-time credit packs (60 / 200 / 500).

Are my photos stored or used for training?

Photos are uploaded securely to our AI only to render the looks, are not stored after processing, and are never used to train models. Please use your own photos — no celebrity likenesses or deceptive edits.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid renewal.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Purchase History, or contact Apple Support directly.
