Delete your FilmTone account

You can request deletion without opening the app. We manually verify requests so account and purchase records are handled safely.

How to request deletion

  1. Email us from the address linked to your FilmTone account.
  2. Use the subject Delete my FilmTone account.
  3. If available, include your device ID or a recent order ID so we can locate the correct account.
  4. We verify the request and complete eligible deletion within 30 days.

What we delete

  • Your account profile and sign-in information.
  • Uploaded photos, generated film-look results, and generation history where reasonably locatable.
  • Device-linked app data used for credits, usage limits, and app history where reasonably locatable.
  • Support data tied to the account that is no longer required.

Limited records we may retain

Purchase, refund, tax, fraud-prevention, security, or legal records may be retained only for as long as required for those purposes.

Cancel subscriptions separately

Deleting your FilmTone account does not cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in the store where you purchased it to stop future charges.
