The Sky Bringup, LLC ("we", "our", or "us") operates the FilmTone mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the App to generate AI-powered image results.

Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to provide image generation, manage usage, and support purchases.

  • Account and Sign-In Information: If you choose to create or link an account, we process your email address, account ID, and the name or profile image supplied by your sign-in provider. Guest use remains available without providing an email address or name.
  • Uploaded Photos and Prompts: Photos, images, and related instructions you choose to submit are used to generate or edit your requested result.
  • Generated Results: Output images and related metadata may be processed so the App can deliver, display, or restore your requested result.
  • Device Identifier: A randomly generated anonymous ID used for usage limits, credits, security, and abuse prevention. This ID is not designed to identify you personally.
  • Usage Data: First-party app interactions and diagnostics used to understand performance, prevent abuse, and improve functionality.
  • Subscription and Credit Purchase Information: Apple App Store or Google Play provides purchase status, product identifiers, transaction identifiers, and entitlement information for subscriptions and consumable credit packs. We do not receive your full payment card details.

Device Permissions

The App may request the following device permissions:

  • Camera: Used to capture photos that you choose to submit for AI image generation or editing.
  • Photo Library: Used to select existing photos that you choose to submit for AI image generation or editing.

How We Use Your Information

  • To generate, edit, deliver, and display AI-powered image results you request
  • To create, authenticate, link, and manage optional user accounts
  • To manage subscriptions, consumable credit packs, entitlements, and usage limits
  • To prevent abuse, protect service reliability, and troubleshoot errors
  • To analyze anonymous usage patterns and improve the App

AI Processing and Model Training

Uploaded photos and prompts are sent to AI image generation or editing providers only to create the result you requested. We do not use your uploaded photos, prompts, or generated results to train models, and we require our AI image providers to process submitted content only to provide the requested features.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple: Authenticate an account when you choose one of these optional sign-in methods.
  • AI Image Providers: Process uploaded photos, prompts, and generated image data to provide the requested image generation or editing features.
  • Apple App Store: Handles subscriptions, consumable credit pack purchases, payment processing, refunds, and subscription management.
  • Google Play: Handles Android subscriptions, consumable credit pack purchases, payment processing, refunds, and subscription management.

Data Retention and Deletion

Uploaded photos, prompts, and generated results are retained only for as long as reasonably needed to provide the requested result, maintain service reliability, prevent abuse, or resolve support issues. Account details are retained while the account is active and are removed or anonymized when an eligible deletion request is completed. App interactions and diagnostics may be retained for up to 12 months. Device identifiers used for usage limits may expire after inactivity. You may request deletion from our account deletion page.

Data Security

All data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted using TLS (HTTPS). We use reasonable security measures to protect the limited data we process, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Our App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your use of the App. You can contact us with privacy requests, and we will respond as required by applicable law.
