How does FilmTone work?
Pick a photo from your camera or library. FilmTone's AI reads its light, skin tones and subject, then renders several cinematic color looks you can compare side by side and export.
Do I need an account?
FilmTone starts with a private device account and free starter credits. You can link the account with Apple on iOS or Google on Android so eligible purchases and credits can be restored securely.
How do credits work?
Each completed rendered look uses credits. Free previews are watermarked. Premium plans include recurring credits, HD export and no watermark; one-time packs add 25, 70 or 140 credits.
Are my photos stored or used for training?
Photos are uploaded securely to render the looks and are not used to train models. Storage and retention are described in our Privacy Policy and may be needed to deliver the requested result, maintain service reliability, prevent abuse, or resolve support issues. Please use your own photos — no celebrity likenesses or deceptive edits. From October 10, 2026 at 00:00 UTC, eligible free generated images are available online for 30 days after creation. Earlier free results covered by this new limit will remain available until at least November 9, 2026 at 00:00 UTC. Download results you want to keep before they expire. Paid results keep their applicable purchase terms, and server cleanup does not remove downloaded copies. See the Privacy Policy for details.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by the store where you purchased them. Use Apple ID > Subscriptions on iOS or Google Play > Payments & subscriptions on Android. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
Can I get a refund?
Refund requests are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play according to the store used for the purchase.
